Ben Baker is an Associate at Catalyst Strategic Advisors, where he is responsible for financial analysis, industry research, and deal support. On a mission to ensure each client’s success, he is focused on effectively telling clients stories and supporting them through each stage of the M&A process. Through his commitment to this role, he is helping Catalyst provide best-in-class service while achieving successful transaction outcomes.

With more than five years of experience providing financial advisory services, Ben has been a top professional in the transaction advisory space with experience across a range of industries. Before joining Catalyst, Ben served as a Senior Analyst at BellMark Partners, where he helped them complete numerous successful M&A transactions for clients.

Ben graduated with a bachelor’s degree in both Finance and Business Analytics from the University of Kansas in Lawerence, KS. Ben is also a FINRA-certified broker holding both a Series 63 and 79 license.

Ben lives in Boston, MA with his friends and in his free time, you can find him golfing, snowboarding, fishing, or doing anything that gets him outdoors.
