Paul Giovannetti is a Senior Vice President of Business Development at Catalyst Strategic Advisors, where he focuses on identifying new business opportunities and building client relationships within the facility services sector.

Passionate about the built environment, Paul brings a deep understanding of the building trades to his role. With over 32 years of nationwide experience, he leverages his industry expertise to help clients maximize their business value while expanding Catalyst’s business and domain expertise.

As a licensed general contractor, Paul has held executive management positions at some of the nation’s most sophisticated firms. His expertise spans new construction and renovations across a variety of sectors, including corporate office buildings, healthcare, hospitality, life sciences, industrial, institutional, mixed-use, multifamily, and government facilities.

Paul’s professional affiliations include serving as a board member of the ABC Rocky Mountain Chapter, a member of the Board of Governors for the Aurora Chamber of Commerce, a DBIA Associate Member, and a member of the Urban Land Institute (ULI).

Paul earned a bachelor’s degree in Building Construction from Bowling Green State University and completed Columbia University’s Executive Leadership Program.
