Raffi Aharonian is a Director at Catalyst Strategic Advisors, where he is responsible for cultivating and managing relationships among clients and financial sponsors. On a mission to drive growth, he is focused on improving deal flow and creating brand presence for Catalyst. Through his commitment to this role, he is helping Catalyst achieve greater deal velocity and a stronger reputation as the gold standard for sell-side advisory in the equipment rental sector.

With more than a decade of relevant experience in the equipment rental sector, along with a background in finance and accounting, Raffi has been a top professional in general rental, specialty rental, crane rental, material handling, and trucks/transportation. Before joining Catalyst, Raffi served as a Managing Director at Rouse Services LLC, where he helped them grow and ultimately sell the business to Ritchie Bros. Auctioneers, where he has been since 2021.

Raffi graduated with a dual degree in Business Administration and Economics from UC Berkeley in Berkeley, CA. Raffi is also a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) and a Certified Public Accountant in the State of California (CPA – inactive). Raffi lives in Los Angeles with his wife LeAnn and their two boys, Anthony and Nicolas. In his free time, you can find Raffi practicing guitar and playing tennis.
