Taylor Welte is a Vice President of M&A at Catalyst Strategic Advisors, where he is responsible for financial analysis, industry research and project management throughout the deal cycle. On a mission to provide excellent client service which results in a successful transaction, he is focused on improving processes and creating meaningful business relationships. Through his commitment to this role, he is helping Catalyst maintain their status as one of the industry’s top M&A advisory firms focused on the equipment rental, waste and industrial project industries.

With more than eight years of financial and accounting experience in audit and transaction advisory services, Taylor has been a top professional in the M&A space with experience in a wide variety of industries, including industrial products, manufacturing, healthcare and consumer products. Before joining Catalyst, Taylor served as a Manager at RSM’s Transaction Advisory Services, where he completed over 30 financial due diligence engagements and assisted in growing the Florida TAS practice by over 200% during his tenure.

Taylor graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Florida Atlantic University in Boca Raton, FL. Taylor is also a licensed Certified Public Accountant (CPA) with an established track record of success.

Taylor lives in Palm Beach Gardens, FL with his fiancée, Chelsea, and dog, Wallen. In his free time, you can find Taylor playing golf or spending time with friends and family.
