Lauren Hill

Lauren Hill is a Director of Operations and Administration at Catalyst Strategic Advisors, where she is responsible for the firm’s operational, strategical, and administrative functions. On a mission to ensure the best experience for each client, she is focused on improving processes and systems and creating a seamless transaction between our team and clients. Through her commitment to this role, she is helping Catalyst achieve a systemized approach to strategically growing the firm’s capacity while remaining the gold standard for M&A advisory in the industry.

With more than 10 years of operations experience in strategy and program implementation, Lauren has been a top professional in the construction, consulting, franchising, healthcare, and personal care industries. Before joining Catalyst, Lauren served as a VP of Development and Operations at a national homebuilding company where she helped them achieve increased expansion and profitability through the development and implementation of new product and expansion opportunities and a new customer experience and service program.

 Lauren graduated with a BS and BA from Ouachita Baptist University in Arkadelphia, AR. Lauren also has an International Board Director Competency Designation (IBDC.D). Lauren lives in Colorado Springs, CO with her husband, son, and two dogs. In her free time, you can find Lauren outdoors, doing a project, or learning something new.
