John Pugh is the Senior Vice President of Business Development at Catalyst Strategic Advisors. He is responsible for identifying new business opportunities and cultivating client relationships. Passionate about helping entrepreneurs, John leverages his industry knowledge to maximize his clients’ business value. His commitment to this role will help Catalyst expand both its business and its domain expertise. 

With over 20 years of experience, John has held senior management positions in the rental equipment industry. He is also an experienced entrepreneur who has first-hand knowledge of what it takes to own and sell a business as he was the founder and CEO of Avalanche Equipment, a construction equipment rental company.  

John graduated from Penn State University. He currently resides in Colorado. When not hard at work, John enjoys hunting, tennis, and spending time with his three kids.
