Catalyst Strategic Advisors is excited to announce the promotions of Bryan Crabb, Cody Imamura and Sarah Magill to Senior Vice Presidents. Bryan, Cody and Sarah each play a critical role in guiding our clients through the transaction process. With their support, we have grown the firm while continuing to deliver positive outcomes for our clients.
Bryan Crabb joined Catalyst in 2021 and brought 10 years of experience in transaction advisory services, financial reporting, and audit and assurance services for both public and privately held companies. He earned a Master of Science in Accounting and a BBA degree from Southern Methodist University and is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA).
Cody Imamura joined Catalyst in 2022 and is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) as well as an experienced M&A advisor with expertise in transaction management, financial analysis, market research, and valuation. She earned a Master’s in Professional Accounting and a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Texas at Austin.
Sarah Magill joined Catalyst in 2018 and is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and Certified Management Accountant (CMA) with over 15 years of corporate experience in various industries including manufacturing and legal. She holds an MBA and a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Regis University in Denver, Colorado.
