Nina Jankowski is the Director of Business Development at Catalyst Strategic Advisors, where she leads the firm’s growth strategy. In her role, Nina leverages Catalyst’s distinguished track record and brand reputation to broaden the firm’s reach and identify new opportunities to create value for clients in high-growth sectors.

With a decade of leadership experience in the industrial services industry, Nina has a proven track record of developing and executing growth strategies. Prior to joining Catalyst, she served as Senior Vice President of Customer Experience at United Site Services. In this capacity, she led teams responsible for sales strategy, marketing, communications, and investor relations. Nina was also a member of the executive team at BlueLine Rental, where she played a pivotal role in the successful turnaround of the business, resulting in the sale to United Rentals.

Nina holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Texas A&M University and is based in Austin, Texas.
