Mark Czapski is a Senior Associate at Catalyst Strategic Advisors, where he is responsible for financial analysis, industry research, and deal support. Mark’s mission is to help clients reach their goals through facilitating the transition of their business by creatively and effectively telling the stories of the business and creating value for clients. Through his commitment to this role, he is helping Catalyst maintain its reputation as the industry’s premier M&A advisory firm.

With more than four years of corporate experience in finance and accounting, Mark has been a leader in the public accounting and M&A industries. Before joining Catalyst, Mark served as a Transaction Advisory Senior Associate at Doeren Mayhew, where he aided in the firm’s significant growth and client satisfaction assisting on both the buy-side and sell-side of the M&A process for lower middle market & middle market deals across the US.

Mark earned MSA and BS degrees from Michigan State University in East Lansing, Michigan. Mark is also a Certified Public Accountant (CPA).

Mark lives in Royal Oak, Michigan with his fiancé Lindsay. In his free time, you can find Mark golfing, fishing, or up north on the water.
