Jim Reddinger is the COO and Managing Director at Catalyst Strategic Advisors, where he is responsible for business operations, management and development. Jim is committed to optimizing clients’ business value while helping Catalyst continue its strong growth trajectory.

Jim has over 30 years of experience in managing and advising businesses. Before joining Catalyst, Jim was the CEO of Stabilis Solutions, a publicly-traded energy transition company that provides liquefied natural gas and hydrogen to industrial customers throughout North America.

Prior to Stabilis, Jim was a senior investment banker at UBS and Credit Suisse where he advised clients on over $60 billion of M&A and capital markets transactions.
