With over fifteen years of experience in capital markets, Jay brings extensive expertise in equity derivatives sales & trading and industrial services M&A. Before joining Catalyst, he was a Vice President at KeyBanc Capital Markets, where he played a pivotal role in executing M&A transactions for middle-market companies in the industrial services sector.

Jay earned his degree in economics from the University of Georgia and an MBA from Georgia Tech.

Currently residing in Chicago with his family, Jay enjoys reading, running, and engaging in outdoor activities when the weather permits.
