Cody Imamura is a Vice President at Catalyst Strategic Advisors and is responsible for transaction management, financial analysis, market research, and valuation. Cody’s skills and dedication help to ensure the Catalysts’ clients receive a high level of service.

She is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and an experienced M&A advisor to corporate and private equity clients. Prior to joining Catalyst, Cody worked in Deal Advisory at KPMG where she consulted on over 30 transactions in various industries, primarily in TMT, manufacturing, and distribution.

Cody earned a Master in Professional Accounting and a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Texas at Austin. She lives in Seattle, Washington with her fiancé and thoroughly spoiled pup. In her free time, you can find her wandering the local trails or lost in a good book.
