Bryan Crabb is a Vice President at Catalyst Strategic Advisors, where he is responsible for financial analysis, industry research, project management, and process development activities. Bryan serves clients as a trusted advisor throughout the process and is committed to delivering the best transaction outcomes and value.

Bryan has 10 years of corporate experience in transaction advisory services, financial reporting, and audit and assurance services for both public and privately held companies. Prior to joining Catalyst, Bryan was a Manager in the Transaction Services group at a national business advisory firm where he excelled in both buy-side and sell-side financial due diligence for private equity firms and corporate clients across a broad range of industries, including construction, manufacturing, energy, and oilfield services.

Bryan earned a Master’s of Science in Accounting and a BBA degree from Southern Methodist University, and is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA). Bryan lives in Austin, Texas, and in his free time he enjoys running with his dog Murphy, cooking with his wife, and spending time with friends and family.
