Summit Equipment Rentals, an independent equipment rental company in Southern California, has been acquired by Herc Rentals. The acquisition expands Herc Rentals’ presence in the Los Angeles and San Diego markets.
Herc Rentals is ranked third on the RER 100 with approximately 364 locations in North America. As of September 30, 2023, the company’s total rental fleet was approximately $6.2 billion at OEC.
