The acquisition doubles H&E’s branch footprint in Colorado, greatly expanding its presence to six locations serving the high-growth Denver construction market. H&E Equipment Services, based in Baton Rouge, LA, is no. 9 on the RER 100.
Catalyst served as the exclusive advisor to Contractors Equipment Center (CEC) in its $122 million sale to H&E Equipment Services.
