Catalyst Strategic Advisors Serves as Buy-Side Advisor to JDC on its Acquisition of Atlas Truck Sales and Rentals

December 1, 2025 — Catalyst Strategic Advisors is pleased to announce that it served as the exclusive buy-side advisor to JDC, a portfolio company of Kinderhook Industries, in its acquisition of Atlas Truck Sales, Inc. and Atlas Bucket Rentals, Co. (“Atlas”), a Channelview, Texas-based provider of bucket trucks, digger derricks, and specialty equipment serving industrial and utility end markets across the greater Houston region.

Founded as a family-owned and operated business, Atlas has long been a trusted partner to infrastructure and utility customers who rely on its specialized fleet and service capabilities. The acquisition expands JDC’s presence in one of its fastest-growing markets and adds meaningful regional density across Texas, further enhancing fleet utilization and customer reach. The addition of Atlas aligns with JDC’s strategy of growing its specialized equipment fleet and customer network through the acquisition of entrenched market leaders in attractive geographies.

Catalyst advised JDC and Kinderhook throughout the process, supporting strategic outreach, valuation, diligence, and execution. This transaction marks JDC’s first add-on acquisition since partnering with Kinderhook in December 2024.
