Sunbelt Rentals has acquired ABC Equipment Rental, a multibranch independent equipment rental provider in the Baltimore and Washington D.C. markets.

Sunbelt Rentals is ranked second on the RER 100 with approximately 1,320 locations in North America and a rental fleet valued at more than $16 billion.
