Sheroz (Rose) Renteria is the Business Development Ops and Platform Initiatives Manager at Catalyst Strategic Advisors, where she leads the firm’s client development infrastructure, market and sector intelligence, and CRM strategy. She plays a central role in shaping how Catalyst identifies, prioritizes, and engages with prospective clients, while driving platform and operational initiatives that improve internal efficiency and support consistent business development execution.

Rose brings over a decade of experience across commercial real estate and advisory environments, with a focus on strategic positioning, client engagement, and transaction support. Prior to joining Catalyst, she worked in an M&A advisory capacity, contributing to transaction processes and firmwide marketing and positioning efforts.

She holds a BA in Finance from the University of Houston and is based in Houston, Texas, where she lives with her husband and three children and enjoys hosting and planning events for family and friends.
