Matt Callier is a Senior Vice President of Business Development at Catalyst Strategic Advisors. He is responsible for identifying new business opportunities and developing client relationships across the Waste and Environmental Services sector. Matt brings a focused approach to helping founders and owners evaluate growth opportunities and position their businesses for successful outcomes.

With over a decade of experience in the environmental services industry, Matt has held senior roles supporting commercial growth and strategic initiatives. Prior to joining Catalyst, he worked at Rehrig Pacific Company and later served as Senior Director of Sales at Big Truck Rental, where he was responsible for a business segment generating over $100 million in revenue. His experience provides a practical understanding of the operational and strategic considerations business owners face.

Matt earned a BS in Business Administration from the University of Denver. He is based in Tampa, Florida. Outside of work, he enjoys traveling, boating, and spending time with his wife and two sons.
