Jonathan Jordan is an Associate at Catalyst Strategic Advisors, where he supports M&A transactions through financial analysis, market diligence, and preparation of transaction materials. He focuses on deal execution and developing clear, actionable insights to help clients navigate strategic sale processes.

With more than three years of M&A experience, Jonathan has worked on sell-side, buy-side, and family office engagements across a range of industries, including industrial services and managed service providers. Prior to joining Catalyst, he served as a Senior Analyst at Quest where he supported lower middle market M&A transactions and contributed to execution across multiple engagements.

Jonathan earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte. He has passed the Securities Industry Essentials (SIE) exam and previously held Series 6 and Series 63 licenses.

Jonathan is based in Charlotte, North Carolina. Outside of work, he enjoys hiking, watching football, and spending time with family on the lakes surrounding Charlotte.
