Carly Dunseath is an Associate at Catalyst Strategic Advisors, where she is responsible for financial modeling, marketing material preparation, and deal support. On a mission to maximize transaction value, she is focused on effectively positioning the Company and creating meaningful relationships with key buyers. Through her commitment to this role, she is helping Catalyst maintain its reputation as the industry’s premier M&A advisory firm.

With more than three years of investment banking experience, Carly has been a top professional in the transaction advisory space with experience across a range of industries. Before joining Catalyst, Carly completed her analyst program at Brown, Gibbons, Lang, & Company in the Infrastructure, Environment, and Services Group.

Carly graduated with a B.S. in Finance with a minor in Chinese from Miami University in Oxford, Ohio. She also received the China Business Certificate as a part of her studies. Carly is a FINRA-certified broker holding SIE, Series 63, and Series 79 licenses.

Carly lives in Boston, Massachusetts. In her free time, you can find Carly shopping, attending concerts, hanging out with friends, watching Formula 1, or cheering on Notre Dame’s football team.
