Bobbie Salt is the Chief Operating Officer at Catalyst Strategic Advisors, where she is responsible for leading all operational and administrative functions, including human resources, accounting, finance, and strategic planning.  Bobbie is focused on making the firm more efficient, productive, and profitable while playing a crucial role in supporting the CEO and Chairman. Through her commitment to this role, she is advancing Catalysts mission to grow strategically, improve staff relations, and create a high-functioning team. 

With more than 25 years of management and leadership experience, Bobbie has been a top professional in the financial services industry. Before joining Catalyst, Bobbie served as an Executive Vice President at FirstBank where she led a team of financial professionals dedicated to business development and expanding market presence through enhanced lending and deposit services.
