- Metro Pavers – A premier independent provider of asphalt paving and maintenance services in Colorado was acquired by Sunland Asphalt, a portfolio company of Huron Capital.
- Opifex – The leading independent general rental company in Texas serving industrial and infrastructure mega projects combined with Synergy Equipment, backed by Avance Management.
- Trench Shore Rentals (TSR) – A regional leader in trench shoring equipment rental with six branch locations across the southwest was acquired by Sunstate Equipment Company.
