COLORADO SPRINGS, COLORADO (July 2024) – Catalyst Strategic Advisors recently acted as exclusive financial advisor to Holland Pump Company (“Holland Pump”), a leading US-based independent provider of specialty pump rentals and services, on its sale to Workdry International (“Workdry”), a premier UK-based provider of engineered solutions for water handling and wastewater treatment. The Hart-Scott-Rodino (“HSR”) waiting period for the transaction was recently terminated and the deal is expected to close in early August.
The Holland Pump acquisition provides Workdry with its first entry into the North American water solutions market and supports its strategy to become a leading global engineered pump rental and solutions provider. The Holland Pump management team, led by CEO Tom Vossman, will join Workdry to lead its North American business.
Founded in West Palm Beach, Florida in 1978, Holland Pump has been a leading pump rental and service company in the Florida, East Coast and Gulf Coast markets. The company operates 15 branch locations across seven states (Florida, Texas, Louisiana, New York, Pennsylvania, Maryland, and South Carolina) and serves customers in the municipal water, industrial, and broader transportation infrastructure markets.
Holland Pump is a portfolio company of XPV Water Partners, a Toronto-based investment firm that manages investment capital from some of the world’s top institutional investors and partners with emerging water-related companies to help them rapidly expand and achieve their strategic goals.
