Catalyst Advises Underground Safety Equipment on its Sale to Sunbelt Rentals
Sunbelt Rentals has purchased Underground Safety Equipment, LLC (“USE”) for $33M plus a contingent earn-out consideration. USE provides trench safety and shoring equipment to contractors and municipalities from eight locations in Arkansas, Colorado, Missouri, Tennessee, Texas, and Utah.
