Catalyst Advises NES Rentals on its Sale to United Rentals
In one of the largest equipment-rental deals of the year, United Rentals has purchased NES Rentals for a total purchase price of approximately $965 million. NES has almost $900m of fleet in original cost, 73 branch locations and approximately 1,100 employees.
