Sheroz (Rose) Renteria is the Research and Analytics Manager at Catalyst Strategic Advisors, where she is responsible for new client development, market analytics, CRM management and marketing. Passionate about enhancing the company’s brand and external value, she is focused on improving internal productivity and helping Catalyst differentiate itself from its peers. Her dedication is helping Catalyst reinforce its unique brand position in the marketplace.

With almost 10 years of experience in commercial real estate and investment valuation, Rose has been a top professional in real estate, oil and gas, and the early education industry. Before joining Catalyst, Rose served as an M&A advisor at Bailey Routzong, where she helped them achieve a full rebrand to further their differentiation and achieve premium enterprise value for her clients.

Rose graduated with a BA in finance from the University of Houston in Houston, TX. Rose lives in Houston, TX with her husband and their three kids. In her free time, she enjoys live music, traveling, and spending time with her family.
