With more than 20 years of advisory experience in mergers and acquisitions, Rob has originated and executed transactions in light manufacturing, value-added services, distribution, logistics, consumer products, and other industries. Prior to Catalyst, Rob served as a Director at Plethora Businesses, an M&A advisory firm, where he completed over 70 transactions during his tenure. Rob managed all aspects of the M&A process including business evaluations and consulting, client engagements and transaction management.

Rob earned MBA and BA degrees from California State University in Fullerton. He currently lives in Chino, California with his wife. In his spare time, you can often find Rob spending quality time with his family or golfing.
