Matt Pisciottano is a Vice President at Catalyst Strategic Advisors, where he is responsible for financial analysis, industry research, and project management. Focused on helping clients succeed, he is committed to helping clients understand the market and build business value.

Matt is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and an experienced M&A advisor with more than six years of experience in public accounting. Before joining Catalyst, Matt was a Transaction Advisory Manager at RSM, where he performed buy-side and sell-side financial due diligence on over 30 transactions for private equity and corporate clients across a broad range of industries, including construction, manufacturing, logistics, consumer products, and professional services.

Matt earned his Master of Accounting and Bachelor of Science degrees from Florida State University. Matt currently resides in Boynton Beach, FL.
