Brian Slevin is a Vice President at Catalyst and is responsible for financial analysis, industry research, project management, and process development activities. On a mission to ensure the best outcomes for his clients, he is focused on identifying and celebrating the value that each aspect of a company brings. Through his commitment to this role, he is helping Catalyst to grow and maintain its status as a premier M&A advisory firm.
With more than seven years of corporate experience in financial diligence and transaction management, Brian has been a leader in performing buy-side and sell-side due diligence, financial modeling, post-acquisition integration, and contract reviews, making him an essential advocate in transactions of all sizes. Brian has been a top-performing professional advising on transactions in the manufacturing, distribution, service, and e-commerce sectors. Prior to Catalyst, Brian served as a Deal Advisory Manager at PWC, and an M&A Diligence Manager at Thrasio, where he helped his clients and company close over 45 transactions.
Brian earned both an MSA and BS degree from the Grossman School of Business at the University of Vermont. He is also a Certified Public Accountant (CPA). Brian lives in the Greater Boston Area with his wife Kelsey and dog Oakley. In his free time, you can find Brian outside enjoying skiing, golfing, hiking and fishing.
